Waive your college application fee

When applying to college, I wanted to apply for as many colleges as I could. I wrote all my essays and filled out all my forms. I went along saving my progress and doing everything but submitting my forms. I prepped everything and was ready a few days before the college application deadline. All I had to do was submit… or so I thought.

I was finishing up the last few steps of my college application and realized I would have to pay. I had to pay money to get colleges to look at my application! I was aware of this before but I didn’t realize I had to cough up $70 per college application. If I wanted to apply to all my colleges, I’d have to pay over $1000! I didn’t think about this beforehand and was forced to cut down the number of colleges I applied to.

Long story short, the college application fee adds up, and that’s why you should apply to get your college application fees waived. Don't let the financial burden keep you from achieving all you are capable of achieving. The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) can waive your college application fee. It requires a school principal/counselor or an official community based officer to sign off on the application. Consider applying to the NACAC waiver here to save hundreds.
