Get Schooled is a nonprofit organization that is invested in encouraging and helping young people, especially Black, Brown, first-gen and immigrants, reach new heights and accomplish goals when it comes to applying for colleges, having a smooth transition from high school to college and to life post-graduation. They are a platform that guides young people in 3 stages: (1) getting to college (2) succeeding in college (3) finding a job. 

With these three main points, Get Schooled has a guideline on the necessary options and paths to take to reach their goals. They have resources that are specific for certain applicants or could be looked at based on an individual’s personal pace. For instance, they have a section for undocumented students who are going through the college application process, and also for students who want to get more involved in clubs and extracurricular activities.

Additionally, Get Schooled has free services that allow students to get in touch with an advisor, find scholarships, review their college application essay, review their resume, and help them find jobs. Get Schooled also has a text line and newsletter that people can subscribe to so they can get updates and interact with them.
