Stressed? You're Not Alone.
According to a 2020 study, 18 to 23 year old students are facing elevated levels of stress due to educational uncertainties.
In times like these, it is important to prioritize mental health. The 4S team understands how stressful student life can be–in fact, many of us are students too!
What are some ways you can practice self-care as a student?
Thrive Global shares some ways students of all ages can participate in mental health activities that could improve their outlook on life, physical well-being, career, and education. Some of these simple, but impactful mental health exercises include going on nature walks, coloring, meditating, and playing board games with friends.
But, one of the most important aspects of prioritizing mental health is getting rid of the stigma. It takes courage and self-awareness to accept that mental health is vital to our whole well-being.
